Is this the year your going to make it happen? House of Fitness has developed our Semi-Private Personal Training to help you achieve your goals and keep achieving them year and year. We’ve built our small group personal training programs with a dynamic warm-up and core a complete workout in 60 minutes. Our programs help you build muscle, lose body fat and get incredibly strong. Train with one of our HOF certified personal trainers in a semi-private format.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training is limited to 2-4 members per session.
