Before we start you on a training program, we will set you up with a complimentary fitness assessment with our Director of Training to evaluate your current fitness level so we can help establish a program catered to your fitness goals. The assessment includes a one on one discussion regarding your personal exercise history, fitness goals, and nutritional habits as well as putting you through a series of movement screening tests that include postural analysis, and strength and endurance level tests. This HOF assessment will give our trainers a solid foundation for where you are currently, where you ultimately want to be, and how exactly we are going to help you get there!
