I have been in the fitness industry for over ten years. I’m a certified personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning coach, nutrition specialist and martial artist with experience in functional training, weight training, and boot camp workouts. Whether it is size, leaning out, or toning, I can help you. I read every book about fitness I can get my hands on. I love to be challenged and challenging others. I love a challenge and I love it when my clients ask me a question I can’t answer; it inspires me to educate myself. I believe exercise is the best gift you can give yourself. I would be happy to give you a Functional Movement Screening and prescribe the right workout for you.

Kate Canale

I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade teaching group classes, training private clients, and coaching endurance groups. I incorporate a wide range repertoire of certifications and credentials into every workout, so you can get the best of all fitness formats. My favorite workouts include cycling, Pilates, and high intensity training. I have a love for adventure and my “think outside the box” type of fitness plan always makes life exciting. I believe and encourage my clients to see that a proper diet will change your life in all the right ways and that, yes, you should sign up for that 1/2 marathon. I am here to encourage, challenge, support you, and be your biggest fan!

Nick Vierra

Over the past 6 years, I have been certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association and have worked as both as a group fitness instructor and as a personal trainer. Specializing in Suspension Training like the TRX, High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training and Circuit Training, I house a diverse range of clients. From Welterweight World Champion boxer Victor Ortiz, whom I trained to run his first marathon in 3 hours and 18 minutes, to elderly patients and those with challenging physical capabilities, I can modify any workout to accommodate your needs. I look forward to meeting you!

Lizzie Leeds

Spinning is clearly an enormous part of my life, and being a part of the House of Fitness team means I get to share that love with each of you. I’ve taught spin classes four days a week at LMU, emphasizing different cadence building, resistance levels and alternating energy zones. With a desire to better not only myself, but also my classes, I’ve attended the World Spinning and Sports Conference three years in a row and participated in workshops and seminars led by Master Instructors from all over the world. My goal is to motivate, inspire and challenge you with a fun, energetic class that will certainly make you work hard. I am here for you each step of the way! I’d love to meet you and have you join my class!

Aldo Perez

I have been an Indoor Cycling Enthusiast for over 12 years. My passion for Cycling led me to become a Schwinn Indoor Cycling MPower with Wattage Certified Instructor. As an instructor, I understand the importance of motivating and challenging the students that attend my classes. My class is high energy, inspiring and FUN! I know fitness is a team effort, connecting the students with the instructor, and my goal is to provide you with a challenging class. Effie Eleft

I am a former professional basketball player from Athens, Greece. I became certified in Corrective Exercise by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which enables me to train and heal any kind of body type and injury. Over the last five years, I worked in New York City’s Upper East Side and became a certified Health Coach from the School of Integrative Nutrition. I strive to change the lives of as many people as I can using my coaching methods. This means educating people on the importance of healthy eating habits. I was born in LA, moved to Canada, and then returned to LA to continue my fitness career. I have been training clients for almost 6 years and thankful to have found my life passion. My education and training developed through multiple renowned facilities. My current certifications include Exercise Science Specialist, Functional Trainer Specialist, MMA CSCS, Fascia Stretch Therapist, TRX Suspension Coach, TRX-Rip Trainer Coach, Kettle Bell Certified, K-Taping Pro Certified, Trigger Point Certified, Olympic Lifting/Power Lifting Certified, and Fit Moves [Group] Metabolic Circuit Certified.
