You asked, so we listened! Your favorite Afterburn class is back, and it’s bigger and better than before! We’ve stepped up our game, hyped up the burn, and added new and exciting equipment to bring you our new and improved Afterburn 2.0! Whether you’re new or an Afterburn veteran, here’s what you can expect from this HIIT class: Afterburn 2.0 is designed to combine all the crucial, yet empowering elements of weight training, metabolic conditioning, and circuit training to give you one exhilarating, heart-pounding, killer workout experience! Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories during this class, but your body will continue to burn calories at a higher rate for up to 48 hours after you leave! And that my dear friends, is what we call THE AFTERBURN EFFECT!

This class is going to put the right kind of metabolic demand on your body to increase muscle strength, enhance power, and optimize calorie expenditure! #HOFSTRONG is our toughest class yet and we’re making sure that each class is specifically designed to pinpoint the best exercises that will recruit as many large muscle groups as possible. HOF LAB (Legs, Abs, and Butt)

Friends don’t let friends skip leg day! So to help you out, we designed a class to target all the defining muscles of the legs, butt, and abdominals. Because at House of Fitness no muscle gets left behind! You will alternate between metabolic circuits and supersets all while emphasizing on toning the lower body and core regions. Labs are specialty rooms used for teaching and for research. Those who work in a lab aim for growth, progress, and results! That’s exactly what we expect from you in HOF LAB! This class will teach you new and exciting exercises that put focus on the muscles of the legs, abdominals, and butt but will also engage your core, shoulders, and arms. Expect to work hard, gain strength, learn new exercise techniques, and achieve the results you’ve always been dreaming of!

Total Body

Looking for that one invigorating workout that hits all your major muscle groups, boosts metabolism, AND improves cardiovascular health? Well the search ends here! This HIIT class will offer perfectly structured circuits alternating between periods of hard work and active recovery to encourage maximum energy efficiency of the body. This type of training improves heart and lung function, enhances respiratory efficiency, strengthens the immune system, and promotes efficient fat metabolism so you feel energized after a class and not fatigued! We promise a fun, sweaty total body workout that is not only daring and ambitious, but will have you walking away feeling, confident, satisfied, and hungry for more!

Industrial Fusion

Pilates meets weight training- Industrial Fusion is the perfect storm! We’ve mixed the Pilates method with the intensity and hard grind of today’s most revolutionary workout styles! Your core muscles will be screaming while adding the non-stop intensity of plyometrics, strength training, and cardio. Like Pilates you will stay mindful of postural alignment, flexibility, and the mind-body connection but in the true HOF form: faster, heavier, and much sweatier!
